- Check: external and internal mirror condition
- Check: number plate condition
- Check: pollen filter condition. Advise if replacement is needed (additional cost).
- Check: seat belt operation
- Check: windscreen for cracks and chips
- Drive system: check drive shaft gaiters for security and report leaks
- Engine: check auxilliary drive belts (not timing belt) condition and tension
- Engine: check fuel system and tank (if visible)
- Engine: check radiator and coolant hoses condition (including header tank)
- Exhaust: check for smoke (diesel)
- Replace air filter
- Steering & supsension: check components
- Steering & supsension: check shock absorber condition
- Steering & supsension: check wheel bearings
- Wheels & tyres: check road springs

- Everything in a Full service
- Brakes: check all visible brake pipes and hoses
- Brakes: check fluid condition and advise if replacement needed (extra cost)
- Check: air conditioning system operation
- Check: door, bonnet, and lock operation
- Drive system: check clutch operation
- Engine: check electrical coolant fan (if applicable)
- Engine: check radiator cap
- Engine: check spark plugs, dependent upon age and mileage (additional cost)
- Replace fuel filter if fitted externally. Otherwise, replace pollen filter.
